All our items are brand new and come with full warranties unless noted as specifically a used item with no warranty.

How do I know I am buying from a reputable company?
We have been in business for over a decade serving the RV community both locally and nationally. We are a member of RVDA and our technicians are all RVIA certified including a master certified tech. We are an authorized distributor for Dometic, WFCO, Dinosaur, and Atwood. You can have confidence you are buying from an established company with a great track record. We want your continued business not just a quick sale.

Do you have tech support?
Yes. In fact our tech support is by an RVIA MASTER certified technician who can answer any and all of your RV questions. If your appliance is not working give us a call and our tech can walk you through the test procedures to make sure you get the part you need to get you back up and running again quickly.

How fast can I expect to get my part?
We ship all parts within 1 business day. Most ship the same day payment clears. We ship USPS and Fed-Ex so most people receive their part in 2-3 days. Some very remote locations can take up to 5 days but this is very rare. If you are near a major city expect to receive your part with that 2-3 day period.

I need item shipped to a different address than what is with the payment. Can you do this?
No, we have to ship to the address listed with the payment. You can add an address while making the payment if needed. Just click on the "Profile" tab in Paypal and click "Add or Edit Street Address". If you have already paid we will need to refund your money and send you a request for payment again so you can add the address.

How will I know when my item ships?
You will receive notification and tracking information is available via the payment source your choose during checkout (Google or Paypal). Make sure the contact information is correct with them. Once item has shipped you can log into your Paypal or Google account to look up the traction and see the shipping info and track your package if provided.

I got a USPS tracking number but the USPS site says no information available. Has my item shipped?
Yes. Some items are shipped first class USPS and only come with a delivery confirmation number. This is NOT a tracking number although occasionally we do see it update as it travels. Most times it will not update until the item is actually delivered.
